Decision models

A decision model doesn't write a reply. It is given a question and a fixed list of answers, and returns a probability for each one. These models are run on a separate set of questions from the rest of the site, with every answer's probability kept.

Each question is asked many times per model, in several wordings, with the options listed in a new random order on every request, since these models can be sensitive to the order.
